Today I’m thankful for slump busters.
Yesterday I was extremely stressed. Today I used some slump busters to break out of my funk.
So what was the slump buster today? How about some great conversations with team members, an excellent coaching session, presenting a full on client training session that results in doing business with them, have a fun conversation with my mom on the drive home, and snuggle up with Becky and a beer on the couch while watching a movie for a little while before bed.
While tomorrow will go back to stress while I sort many things out, putting myself into my strengths and passions quelled the stress today. I’ve even decided to write stress a little letter today…
